Wood & Stone must be laid floating and thus be able to keep moving after installation. However, the bathroom is usually not that large, and there are usually no large windows that allow the temperature on the floor to rise considerably. Therefore, you can finish the floor with elastic sealant. That way, there is no risk of water seeping in through the edges and the floor can still contract and expand.
Also place a profile in the passage from the bathroom to the adjoining room, so that the bathroom is a separate area where the floor can expand and contract. A bathroom is a room with more humidity and often a different temperature anyway, which is why we do recommend using profiles towards other rooms here.
